We do not believe in high pressure sales tactics, or pressuring customers into making any decision they are not 100% ready to make. Consumer education is our primary focus for three reasons:

#3 – Our installation methods are top notch, and we have an impeccable reputation, and we let that reputation speak for itself.

What does the Consultation entail?

The in home consultation typically takes 60-90 minutes, and involves two basic components

Consultation: Primarily your consultant is there to answer your questions. Use this time to ask any questions you may have about window models, styles, options, incentives, financing, installation methods, etc… Your consultant will typically have samples, pictures, and brochures for you to view.

Price Quote: This involves taking measurements of your existing windows, and gathering some information about window models, styles, and options. This will allow us to produce a price quote that will be good for 60 days.

What happens after the Consultation?

Your consultant will continue to be available if you have any follow up questions. They may check in with you once or twice, but that’s it! You will not be hounded or hassled in any way! Ultimately, we respect your right and ability to make your own decision. Our role is simply to help make sure that your decision is an informed decision.

If you do decide to move forward with a project your consultant will be available to you throughout the installation process. Ultimately, their job is to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your Windows Only experience, whether you buy windows from us or not.
